Refund minus shipping for UNUSED/UNINSTALLED items only. If an item is sold with free shipping, the actual shipping costs will be withheld.

NO CASH REFUNDS AFTER AN ITEM HAS BEEN INSTALLED.

All items are warranted for repair or replacement for 1 YEAR! Buyer pays return shipping.

Dismantling any unit will void the warranty.

You must contact us prior to returning any item. INTERNATIONAL Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or international shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.
